"Firstly the service here is outstanding. Although the team do feel stretched and could do with help. The rooms are advertised as "sound proof", they are not. I just felt the hotel lacked the 5 star quality I have seen elsewhere. But like I said the staff are awesome."

"We had a wonderful time at Elli Tropical Suites. The rooftop pool was a dream — peaceful and perfect for both relaxing and letting the kids splash around safely. The place is very family-friendly (we traveller with kids if 10 and 8 and they both loves the hotel) and clean. And a special thank you to Elli, the kindest and most helpful host we've ever met — always available, smiling, and truly caring. She made us feel so welcome. We would come back in a heartbeat. "Melanie is the gem of this hotel! Plus the location is just perfect! The beach is very near and has the most beautiful sand not stones compared to the other beaches which can be slippery and over rated like the super paradise. If you need a beach in which you wanted to swim Stefanos beach is the perfect place"

"À la base c’est une superbe villa avec une vue splendide. Dommage que le niveau de prestation ne soit pas le bon. Ménage pas fait lors du check in malgré arrivée à 15h30 au lieu de 14hrs. Maison laissée dans un état lamentable (alcool, cigarette bières laissées en vrac a l’extérieur, 5 test Covid sur la table a l’interieur, vaisselle encore dans l’évier, préservatifs usagés dans la poubelle de salle de bains….etc. Non respect des engagements de nettoyage approfondi Covid. Nombreuses...

"The hotel overlooked the water and was situated on a hill with breathtaking views! The gardens were absolutely beautiful and the room very clean. The staff were so helpful! Michael helped us plan some day trips to several beaches and a wine tour that was fantastic! Michael and Alexandria treated us so well with their kindness and hospitality! I will remember this as one of best places we’ve ever been! Thank you for this amazing stay!"
