"The staff was a little bit rude the air conditioner did work but I found the treatment a little bit weird to this day at the hotel 6 and I stay there often in Dallas but this Arlington state was very different from the ones I've experienced before"

"From the moment we walked in the front doors it was a great experience! We were greeted by a very polite young man. He helped me change my reservation to the correct date. The lobby, elevator and room were very clean. And we had a wonderful experience with this Holiday Inn!"

"I did not stay but canceled once arrived. I must say the staff was very nice and considerate. Booked thru Hotels.com photos and rating of 4.6 all looked good. Price was good as well. Upon arriving we found the parking lot full of folks attending a motorcycle club reunion. Stepping out of the car we instantly smelled pot and saw a large party going on poolside. Checked out a few more reviews and with the help of AI I found out the Motorcycle club reunion would go on until 11:00. People where in the parking lot I believe with no intention of staying at the hotel. We felt very uncomfortable and felt our car was usafe in the parking lot. We canceled our reservation and went somewhere else. I do thank the staff for canceling our reservation without penalty and doing so quickly. Check out more reviews besides Hotel.com in the future. Trip Advisory was not as kind to the property and already had feedback similar to ours."

"The Fairfield Inn & Suites Dallas Arlington South is a solid mid-range option that delivers where it counts. Situated near the Arlington Highlands shopping district and about 15 minutes from AT&T Stadium, it trades the noise of the entertainment district for a quieter setting without sacrificing highway access. Rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the complimentary hot breakfast is a perk. The one caveat: peak-hour congestion at the nearby I-20 interchange can slow you down. But for business travelers, families, or anyone spending time training in the DFW area, it's a dependable, comfortable base."

Then when I did call and ask for room to be cleaned I was informed that they had reached their quota for the day and also that requests had to be submitted by 9 am each day and it was about 9:45 when i called."
