From before we arrived, to a quick question during our stay, the response was prompt, helpful, and very friendly. « Excellent information and communication with the host. Very nice two bedroom, two bath unit. Location is ideal in a very pleasant neighborhood mixed with condos and homes. WiFi is good, but no cable tv available. Must use streaming services. »

« This place was easy to access, close to restaurants and shopping. EASY check in and check out process. I give them a 5/5. Just a couple of hiccups but I am still giving them a 5/5 , but the description of the property stated there was a grill so prior to check in we stopped and got burgers and dogs for the grill, but there was no grill and linen was provided but no washcloths. Other than that, I will stay here each and every time I go to Pagosa! »
