The Arcadia is a mountainous area which is very different from other more popular Greek destinations. It was quite noisy with school groups staying and in the room next door. It does seem to be an ongoing thing so perhaps request a room away from school groups when maling a booking. The room itself was nice and no doubt more spacious than the single room I had booked. Breakfast was nice. No onsite parking. There is street parking but it is extremely busy. Had to wait until quite late to get my car bacn close on the second night. Was recommended by staff what was supposed to be the best fish restaurant and it was a total tourist trap dud. Check out was at 10 AM which felt necessary. Also, I am in a wheelchair and was not able to access the bathroom in almost every room they showed us - and they had a better room that they showed us but wanted to charge me extra. It was for one night and we were tired and I felt it was really petty to try to charge us under the circumstances. Also they could have just removed the bathroom door off the hinge but they refused. I felt it was a heartless decision. Completely unnecessary being that it is so simple to do. So overall it was a disappointment and I could never recommend this place. We didn’t bother with the breakfast. We just wanted to get the heck out of there. On the upside it was clean and well positioned. But that’s about it.
