« Everything was clean, staff was nice, however early in the morning before our checkout, my child was sitting at the desk in our room and a cleaning person took it upon themselves to let themself in our room. However, once they saw someone in the room, they quickly left. Everything else was fine. But also, what happened to knocking first and announcing yourself? »

« It was under construction which made getting around challenging. The food options were not great and the water park was chaotic and messy. »

« The hotel was clean and seemed to be new. I am very picky about mattresses. These beds were comfortable. Not too soft or too firm. Berry relaxing. »
