« I went as a solo traveller in fall on a work trip. I was upgraded to a room with a porch and a view. The staff were excellent. I had dinner one night in the restaurant and the food and service was very good. My room was very comfortable. I would like to go back in season and stay in a cottage. »

« The property itself was nice and overall good, but we had a major issue with the hot water during our stay. When we contacted the host, we were told a plumber couldn't come for a couple of days and nothing could be done. To make matters worse, when we requested a concession for the severe inconvenience, the host ignored our calls and completely denied any refund. »

Due to issues with the Inn's website, I had to book through Expedia and was assigned a woods-facing room. Given how empty the property was, I asked about moving to a lake-view room. Although many were available, I was charged an additional $75 per night plus...
