During her stay, she discovered bedbugs in her room. While the hotel did move her to another room, that was the extent of the support provided. « Nous avons un chien d'assistance et nous avons été très mal reçu dès notre arrivée (faire attention à la propreté de la chambre car vous avez un chien). Le lendemain matin nous avons dû sortir de l'air des repas car j'étais accompagné de mon chien d'assistance (il était très calme pourtant, il a suivi une formation). Je peux faire quelques voyage à cause de mon chien, sans lui je dois rester à la maison. Il nous accompagne en avion et partout en voyage, c'est la première fois que nous sommes...
