"The house is great and so is the area. The "waterpark resort" was overrated. The controlled entrance was a plus! The house itself needs some renovations. It also had a couple renovations that were poorly done. The missing stair lips kinda sucked as it hurt to walk on them. Would stay at Windsor Hills again"

"We needed a quick, inexpensive booking close to sea world. Was perfect for our 11 person party and well behaved dogs. Personal pool was a nice addition. Wish we had longer to stay, sure beats having to book a hotel."

"Property was beautiful. Plenty of room and plenty of items you would need for the beach, pool, cooking, etc. community has a great pool in addition to the pool at the house. The clubhouse has kids activities every day. 20 minutes from Disney."

"The neighborhood and home were lovely. Check in had a minor hiccup that I think was just a communication issue between whoever takes the messages and the actual manager of the home. We found some mold on the coffee/keurig and we found two tapcon metal screws in the pool. There is a drain cover from the pool that was detached and sitting on the patio. Overall the home was great, plenty of amenities and linen/towels. Only other concern we noticed was that leaving the AC between 73-75 the home...

"Really nice house and pretty good accommodations. Pool was awesome, and house and neighborhood was awesome. A few things cleanliness wise need attention. A few of the comforters were crusty and need washing. Handprints and dirt on walls, and baseboards were dirty. Lots of carpet stains upstairs. Also no broom, so being there 8 days would have been nice to have. Easy fixes, just need a little attention. All in all would for sure stay here again."

"Great central location, and the hosts are fantastic. The space met our simple needs very well. We enjoyed the pool on most days and went out at night. The screened-in environment kept out bugs, which was great. Their home is in a beautiful neighborhood with lots of unique homes- no safety concerns whatsoever. There is a small fridge, but no freezer, so we bought a cooler and lots of bags of ice. We couldn't figure of if or how the celing fan worked, but we didn't ask either. Wall mounted air...
