Accommodating up to 11 guests, the villa features three bedrooms, one studio, and four well-appointed bathrooms complete with free toiletries and a hairdryer. Guests will also find a shower and a hydromassage tub for ultimate relaxation. The interiors are sleek and contemporary, with floor-to-ceiling windows that provide stunning sea views and an abundance of natural light. The main living area includes a fireplace and a 50” smart TV, creating a cozy atmosphere for entertainment. Additionally, a fully equipped kitchen and an extra living space on the lower floor offer added convenience and privacy.  
The expansive outdoor area includes a 75m² pool, which can be heated and features two compartments, a BBQ area with a built-in pizza oven, and a dreamy outdoor playground. The villa’s coastal-view gardens and mature trees create a tranquil environment for relaxation.  
Guests can also benefit from secured parking for two cars within the villa’s premises, with additional parking available outside.
