With a total area of 112 sq.m., Armenaki Residence unfolds across two levels, harmoniously blending the authenticity of traditional architecture with the finesse of contemporary design. Stone, wood, and natural light come together in a setting of refined aesthetics and attention to detail, where calmness, elegance, and balance prevail. Heat pumps in all areas ensure a stable, pleasant temperature year-round — offering a true sense of well-being.
