"First time at Amanaki and it was a great experience! Great location if you’re traveling with kids because they have big rooms! Will definitely stay here again whenever we visit Samoa. "
"Overall a good stay but would highly recommend a restaurant at the property. I had to walk out of the hotel to look for food and mostly restaurants are closed during the weekend. "
"The staff as always were Super friendly. This is the 2nd stay me and my family have had here. And they never disappoint.
It was unfortunate our original room wasn’t available due to renovations. We were then upgraded to a bungalow.
Probably wise of them to inform us prior to checking in via phone call."
"Staff was very lovely, friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was very good, had the best omelette every morning. The only issue we had was the hot water wasnt working so had cold showers we did notify reception and they said they would get maintenance to have alook at the shower. Overall lovely stay here at the hotel, very short walk to town which was very handy."
"There is a long driveway from the road that leads to the hotel property however there are no road side signs telling you where to turn in so even with GPS it's easy to miss.

"We did have a silent night until the cleaners make noises but we told them it’s too noises outside while we try to take a nap but they answered back with nonsense behavior but my husband told her that he will inform the manager but she said go ahead. Poor service and unpleasant people need to hired people who know how to create people and welcome them with warmth welcome. But I hope this place will be better next time. "
