The kitchen closes early, and once it’s locked, guests can’t even use the only microwave on-site at night. The security guards are also quite strict, not allowing drivers to use the restroom or briefly stop to deliver items or pick up guests, which made things inconvenient. »

« Hôtel super bien situé en centre ville et à proximité de toutes les activités. Seul bémol : la chambre est un peu vieillotte et a besoin de rafraîchissement. De plus la chambre sentais la cigarette, ce qui est très désagréable. »

Je viens de quitter un hôtel cinq étoiles à Hanoï : dès qu’on descend de la voiture, quelqu’un vient porter les bagages, ouvrir la grande porte, on vous offre une boisson de bienvenue, et on vous accompagne jusqu’à la chambre avec vos valises. "L'hôtel est au sommet d'une tour qui accueille un immense centre commercia. L'entrée de l'hôtel au rez de chaussée n'est pas très grande mais son nom est bien marqué avec portier. Puis prendre zscenseur jusqu'au 28eme etage pour accéder au lobbies où se fait le schek in. Pas d'inquiétude c'est très simple. La haut la vue est dingue sur la ville et Mékong. Très belle piscine. Restaurant et petit déjeuner impeccable. Rien à redire."
