"とても良かったです、気持ちよくくつろげました、スタッフの方も皆さん感じよかったです。朝ごはん美味しかった！お風呂はDIANE、BOTANIST、＆honeyのシャンプーとトリートメントがあって、試せて良かった！(女湯のみのよう) ちなみにノーブランド？乳液、化粧水なども無料でもらえました。うっかりメイク落としと洗顔料を忘れたので、コンビニで買ってきたのですが、ここはお風呂に洗顔フォームもありました。一つだけ、残念だったのは、お風呂に続く階段、上り下りが多くて80超えた母がしんどそうでした。エレベーターがあると嬉しいです。ペット同伴でなくても楽しく過ごせました！ありがとうございます "

"外観、内装が素晴らしいと思い、予約しました。予め『外観なし』と記載されていたので、期待はしていませんでしたが、あまりにも荒れ果てた庭？だったので、一緒に旅行した母親は文句タラタラでした。旅館に泊まると、売店での買い物が楽しみの一つですが、17時閉店の為、行こうと思ったら『終わりました』と言われ、がっかりです。お食事処や、大浴場までの距離も長く、老齢の母には辛かったようです。部屋風呂にも温泉がひいてあり、ゆったりした浴室だったのが、救いでした。"
