« Went down for 3 days for a fun weekend. The apartment was perfectly located in easy walking distance to downtown. It was quite comfortable with adequately sized rooms and nice bathrooms. There was a nice common living area and a small balcony over looking the the river. The main drawback was that the kitchen was not very well appointed compared to other apartments we have rented. The only coffee maker was a Keurig. However, we were only there for a few days and there was a decent coffee shot a 5...

« We brought friends and family to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday. The location was great for getting to Broadway. We had no problem getting Ubers. The condo was perfect for our group to hangout when we weren’t downtown. Everyone was very comfortable. We wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the fun rooftop. We came in June and it was hot, but at night the weather was ok for rooftop fun. Highly recommended. Stay Minty was easy to work with and responsive to any requests or questions. »

« This was our first trip staying in a RV, and the kids had a great time. The driveway is nice and long so we would let the kids out to run the driveway back to the camper they thought that was great. One of the nights the Fire Flies were all around, and our oldest was so happy he was running around trying to catch them. A great memory. »

« Fantastic stay at Urban Row. It is close enough to Broadway but also "far enough away." Uber rides are only $7-8 and we even walked into Broadway and shopped en route a few times. There is so much to do in the Gulch and Edgehill that we would definitely book here again. Thanks for a wonderful stay! »

« Overall our stay was great. Close enough to walk back and forth to downtown and several watering holes in the neighborhood.The only reason the cleanliness was lower than a five is because all your silk plants are very dusty, like its been a while since they were cleaned and baseboards had dust bunnies on them. No dish towel for wiping counters or tables and the vegetable crisper froze some stuff. Salt and pepper would have been nice to have and maybe an assortment of board games too. Otherwise...
