"The hotel has cute and trendy decor. It’s located centrally nearby many restaurants and coffee shops around. Our room was clean and spacious. Check in was easy and on point. We had no issues with this hotel. This is my second Graduate hotel that I’m staying in and they are very efficient. "

"The B&B website and other on-line links claims "...excellent breakfast" and "the best breakfast in Annapolis". What was served were mini grocery store bought pastry, no fresh coffee, no juice, no plates, no one around. In addition, they state that for a large fee you can have valet parking on-site. There was no valet. I requested a refund for the valet parking and used that money to have a decent breakfast elsewhere. "

"The man working the front desk when I arrived was very friendly and helpful. He is a great part of your team. I only regret that I do not remember his name. "

"We had a wonderful stay. The house was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Our favorite spot was definitely the sunporch—it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy some quiet time.The owner was very responsive and thoughtful, which made the whole experience even better. The beds were comfortable and we slept great each night.The location was also excellent. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants and easily stroll across the bridge into town, which made exploring the area very convenient. Overall, a great stay and we would happily come back."

The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Eastport and just a short walk to downtown Annapolis, great restaurants, and the waterfront. It’s incredibly convenient whether you’re exploring the area on foot or just relaxing and enjoying the neighborhood. The space itself is comfortable, well kept, and full of character. The historic firehouse details give it a really unique and cool atmosphere while still feeling cozy and welcoming. It’s one of those places that feels special the moment you walk in. Overall, it was a perfect combination of convenience, comfort, and historic charm. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Annapolis."
