Grounds are very nice and there’s a gentle climb down to the river, a beautiful spot on the patio to sit out for a drink or morning coffee — and the breakfast was excellent as well (I had to go for the Ulster Fry (similar to the Full English) both mornings. "We were made to feel very welcome and treated as special throughout. There was a fridge with fresh milk to use with the tea/coffee making facilities. Beautiful views. Lovely garden. Very good room with comfy bed. Excellent choice for breakfast, including home-made bread, scones, and jam. cooked to order. Good parking. Very good location for touring the area and short drive into town with free car parking. Highly recommended. "
