« The code i was sent did not open the keypad. There was a padlock with a space key but i did not get a code to that. I called customer service which kept me on hold for over an hour. Meanwhile i was outside and temperatura had dropped significally which made matters worst. Once i got a code and entered the property I wanted to take a hot shower but the shower had no water pressure. A small cold trickle came out which was not ideal. »

The bar stools were too rickety to sit on, and the mattress and pillows are due for replacement. Also, we could hear our upstairs neighbors loud and clear when the upstairs unit was occupied. « We loved our stay! Convenient location to The Waterfront Restaurant, Bean Point and Bayfest during our visit. The pool is wonderful and we appreciated having access to beach chairs for our beach days. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable. Having the opportunity to use the laundry room was a bonus. We had a rental car, although we heard wonderful things about AMI’s free trolley, to access all of the island’s beautiful beaches & shopping. We had an issue with the unit’s air...

« Clean and comfortable house with a comfortable bed. The heated pool was especially lovely after a cool day at the beach. However, the beach chairs could be updated as two of them were somewhat broken. If you don’t mind walking a bit there are good restaurants nearby. »
