"Next to the mountain. Quiet and peaceful. The gentleman helping us was very kind. The hotel is near the shops and restaurants. The room is clean and well maintained."

"We absolutely loved our stay! The house is a beautiful Victorian-style home, and staying there felt like getting the chance to experience a piece of history that we otherwise wouldn’t have been able to. Everything was beautifully maintained, and you could really see the attention to detail throughout the house. The decorations were lovely, the beds and bedding were very comfortable, and even the towels felt high quality. The whole place was cozy, charming, and very well cared for. The location was also perfect—right in the heart of town and within a block or so of almost everything. We could easily walk everywhere, which we loved. Breakfast was good. They served one day pancakes and two days quiche with fruit and a green salad. Overall, we had an excellent stay and would absolutely recommend this beautiful home. We would happily stay here again!"

"We loved having two king beds in our room and hearing the sounds of the creek go by! the front desk was so nice and let us know about a walking path and an easy trek to the hot springs. loved our stay!"

"I really enjoyed my stay here in Ouray. The hot spring pool was definitely one of my favorite parts—it was so relaxing after a long day of exploring and hiking. The staff were also very nice, kind, and welcoming, which made the stay even more pleasant. The room didn’t have a refrigerator, which would have been nice to have, but overall I was still very satisfied with my stay. I would definitely consider staying here again when I visit Ouray!"

"The hotel is a beautiful hotel if you are into this era. No USB ports to charge your devices. It was nice but just not our taste in hotels. I would recommend this hotel for historians. Great history here."

"This was our 3rd year staying here. Rooms are clean and newly remodeled. Definitely a great place to stay. We also like that it’s within walking distance to everything in town. You won’t regret your decision to book here. I’m sure we will be back again next year."
