I am writing this review on behalf of my daughter. We originally booked it for one night only, but due to changing family circumstances she had to add another night. She doesn't speak French, so she was very impressed with the staff ability to communicate with her and help her with all her needs. Customer service is what made this property to stand out. Thank you so much.

Perfect for the station. Clean and bright. Very comfortable
Very convenient for the station. Room clean and bright. Some of the woodwork and decoration looking a bit tired and worn but still clean. Aircon not brilliant but working. Being upgraded/replaced at the moment. Bedd very comfortable Breakfast good selection and well presented

Lady at the réception very nice but hôtel terrible. Need serious refurb. Value for money terrible. Never to stay there again.

Easy to find and parking at the hotel and nearby. Dog friendly. Staff very pleasant and offering breakfast without being pushy. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Recommended
No frills but close to centre and not expensive. Friendly helpful staff. Slept well in very comfortable bed and air conditioning worked well. Although shower room was very small (as were the towels!) it was a very good strong shower. We didn’t have breakfast & would suggest maybe having breakfast in a local cafe. We would use this hotel again.

It was exactly what you expect in an Ibis Budget. Clean, fine, tiny. Within walking distance of many closed stores as it was Easter Sunday. Good restaurants and bars nearby.

The most "budget" Ibis we have stayed in ever.
The hotel was clean, fairly modern and well maintained. It was disappointingly small, I mean very small. The staff were friendly and helpful. It states that it is a budget hotel, but these rooms are tiny and certainly much smaller than other ibis budget hotels I have stayed in other countries. The TVs was also very small, although it did function ok.

Séjour de plus d'une semaine. Aucun souci dans cet hôtel. J'ai demandé à ce que la chambre ne soit pas nettoyé durant mon séjour (estimant peu salir et préférant ne pas donner une charge de travail supplémentaire aux employés) et l'on m'a laissé tranquille, étant sensible aux grasses matinées.

No frigo is no good for 2 persons room
This was my second time to stay Ibis budget hotel on business trip to Angoulem. Good overall this time again. I booked and paid for one room with two persons. Problem I had this time is NO Refrigrator in the room.
