« When we arrived we saw immediately that the sofabed in the lounge was broken and could not be used to sit or sleep on, this was disappointing as it meant there were not enough beds for us all. We contacted the owner and the next day a chap arrived with an airbed. We requested that the sofa be replaced but that did not happen. El hotel está retirado de Durham y de Newcastle, sin embargo es una opción de mejor precio con respecto a los hoteles de Durham. »

« Basic hotel, but clean room and comfortable bed. Staff really friendly and helpful. Stay included breakfast, but limited really to takeaway style bags in which to take your choices to your room, or sit at small tables in reception. Would probably give it a miss if staying again. Location is in the middle of large industrial estate, so whilst its cheap, and ok just to put your head down for a night or two, it is limited in what it can offer to tourists. »

« Room was extremely clean and modern. Slept really well. Very comfy bed and pillows. Good pressure on shower, floor to ceiling windows and clean modern communal areas. We didn't order breakfast as there is a weather spoons next door and far cheaper to pay £6 there, than £20 (£15 if you pre-book) at the hotel, but again that's down to personal preference. It was hot weather, and the air con worked very well. »
