"Room was nice and the bed comfortable. The under window air unit was very loud and old. Staff were friendly and professional especially Mildred in the dining room for breakfast. Breakfast was very good and freshly cooked to order. Afain, Mildred is fantastic! "

"We enjoyed our stay here. The property had everything you could need including parking. The only hitch was I could not use my Hilton honors membership number to get on the Internet because I booked through Expedia. I never had this happen before. They said we also could not get any Hilton member points because we booked on Expedia."

"Arrived to check in at 4:45pm (check in started at 11am) to be told the property was not checking anyone in at the time due to no available rooms. Management said we would have to check in after the concert and did not offer any amenities to allow changing clothes or getting ready for the concert. After a long days drive, we just wanted to freshen up. After returning after the concert (1am), the front desk was closed and we had no way to check in. There was a kiosk with a virtual assistant but no assistance could be provided. We ended driving north (all hotels sold out because of the concert) and finally found a room at 3am. This property should be ashamed of themselves. Unacceptable for folks who plan and have reservations months ahead of the event."

"I expected much more, the hotel is older. I had to put down a cash deposit which was weird to me. It felt like the carpet in the room was damp. I expected much more for the the cost. I moved to another hotel."
