Our stay at The Moose Pad was nothing short of exceptional. Ideal for our group of six on a hunting trip, the property offered ample space for each of us to enjoy our privacy while also gathering together in beautifully appointed common areas. The accommodations were outstanding, featuring all the necessary amenities to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Communication with the host was exemplary; they went above and beyond to assist us by recommending local restaurants and promptly answering all of our inquiries. This level of care significantly enhanced our experience. I highly recommend The Moose Pad for anyone looking for a spacious, well-equipped getaway that caters to both relaxation and adventure.

Thank you for a wonderful stay at the Moose Lodge. It was our last night before flying out and we had less than 24 hours. That said, the hosts were very accommodating, and the place was great! It was spacious and tastefully decorated. It was well appointed, and the outdoor space was unique and super cool (hot tub, propane fire pit). We appreciated all of the extras. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if in the area.

What a great place! The house was fantastic with so much outdoor hangout space, the kitchen was stocked, and the beds were comfy. The check-in was easy and the owner was super responsive. I’d definitely stay here again!

#### Living Large at The Moose Pad!

Even better than advertised! The property is very well-appointed and was a great location for a 6 person college reunion! Terrific outdoor spaces with a huge 2nd story patio (great sunset views), hot tub, grille, and fire circle down below. Close to town & ANC ( 20 min) but out far enough to see some wildlife. Plenty of creature comforts and great communication with hosts Tony and Desirae.

#### Home away from home!

We stayed for 3 nights after getting off a cruise. This home was the perfect way to move into the next part of our Alaska vacation! This home is beautiful and has absolutely everything you will need for your stay. Beds are so comfortable, kitchen was very well equipped and the teenagers loved the hot tub! Thanks for sharing your place with us- wish we could have stayed longer!

The Moose Pad was perfect for our group of 8 adults and 2 young children! The house had everything we needed to accommodate our group. From tons of towels, condiments, and air mattresses to anything needed for kids — pack n plays, high chair, toys…it was perfect! We loved our stay here! While we only had a short stay, the house provided easy access to local hiking and a walkable playground. We enjoyed ending the day with the large hot tub and beautiful outdoor patio. Highly recommend!!

We were in Alaska for 2 1/2 weeks. The last 3 nights were in this beautiful VRBO and it was exquisite. We were so thrilled to find stocked cupboards and everything we needed to grill out some yummy steaks. It was so nice to not have to buy all of the little things, extra towels for the hot tub, snacks, books, fire wood.... These wonderful hosts thought of everything. We loved the super comfy beds after a dip in the perfect hot tub. This place exceeds all expectations! Thank you for everything!
