I reserved a suite through Expedia and to guarantee my stay I paid additional. I get to the location and they tell me that the room is no longer available so why did I pay extra to guarantee my Room. I talked to Nicole, which was the manager in charge and she says well if you’re not satisfied with what we have to offer, we’ll refund you. Kind of like saying too bad so sad so now I have a $250 charge from Viv hotel in Anaheim and a $450 charge from Expedia. I don’t know how to get a Expedia and I still see the charge on my credit card. I think I will no longer use Expedia or stay at VIV hotel in Anaheim.

Horrible! Staff was rude over the phone but nice to your face. Quality of bedding was poor. Pillows to small for bed size, paper thin and blankets were as thin as the sheets, not to mention they had big holes. Our fridge leaked water everywhere. Our floors were sticky everytime they cleaned the room. Our room phone kept hanging up during our calls making ordering room service a huge pain and resulted in the staff getting mad at us as if it was our fault. The front desk didnsay the restaurant probably hung up on us so they would have to cook 30 mins before closing. Wow!! We waited o er an hour for a shuttle that was suppose to be a 15 min wait. They opened the restaurant an hour late but didnt inform anyone so people had ordered room service to only sit again for over an hour. There were only 2 things we liked.. the food was actually really good and the valet guys were awesome! More informative than anyone working there and very helpful! Oh and when we wanted a refund or credit for our last day we were told no because we had already stayed 3 out of 4 days. So no pretty much if we lasted that long then one more day wouldn't hurt us. We always heard people complaining in the front lobby and in the elevator how bad they disliked it there. Stay away!!

Everything with the hotel was great except for the feeling of being scammed in additional charged. We were charged 30$/day to park our car, which seemed a but excessive since its 45min walk from disneyland and the parking lot is huge and mostly empty, but okay I guess. However which was not okay is that we got charged 25$/night because we were from out of state. Thats pretty ridiculous. And then they gave us good credit for $25/night which was basically the way of them scamming us to spend money at the hotel. This added cost was not listen anywhere. Turned a nice stay into a place that left a bad taste in your mouth.

Room was spacious and clean. Options for after hours snacks wasn’t available. The downstairs restaurant was hit or miss with the staff and over priced.

This hotel looked very new and clean at the lobby. However, room was dirty (floor had crumbs and dusty), any surfaces weren't wiped. Other than that, good size room, good a/c, and location. Loved free upgrade with parkview.

Very clean and modern hotel. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Lovely resort gift bag with fun things for the kids. Less than a 5 minute drive to Disneyland.
Our bathroom door was broken, many of the outlets in the room did not work, and on 4 separate occasions when calling housekeeping and the front desk (needed additional towels) there was no answer. Parking is not included in your stay. Of course valet has a charge, however so does the self parking option.

Looks good in pictures but the bedding is really bad. The bed, sheets, pillows, towells are really hard and low quality. There’s highway sounds from the pool. And the food at the restaurant is horrible- burger was cold and dry.

We loved our room, pool was great and so was the hot tub. Super nice hotel overall. Very clean and modern. Walking distance (about a 2km 25 minute walk to Disney which was perfect for us). Parking was rather expensive, $38 USD per night for self/parking so over $100 CAD for two nights to park there. Although the room was super clean when we arrived, they only made the bed and emptied some garbage once during our stay (didn’t bother to wipe or do any of the other usual stuff most hotel staff while you are out for the day). All in all a good stay.
