The staff was very friendly and super helpful! We had trouble finding the location of our cruiseship and they went over and beyond the call of duty to help us. The breakfast buffet was excellent! So much choice and everything well presented! Room was very clean and comfortable! Would definitely stay here again!!

The breakfast was good with a lot of vegan , vegetarian options. The seating places are well spread out so is good for children with noise sensitivity. The access to free ferry to central station is a bonus with a 10 min walk from hotel.

The check in was a complete zoo with one person doing checking with whomever, regardless of who was waiting the longest. Breakfast was well set up and great selection but again people don't know how to line up and wait there turn, a complete free for all.

Clean, good breakfast, excellent staff. Air conditioning was typically European and not very cool and since windows did not open, even on a cooler night room was stuffy. Easy 15 walk to the Ferry.

We loved this place. I booked it because I thought it was short walk to Centraal Station. It wasn’t. But it was one stop on the metro, really easy, and has a huge Jumbo Market (grocery store) where we were able to get dinner. The hotel itself was big and clean, our room was great and so was the breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

Great medium priced hotel close to the Central train station. 2 supermarkets within 5 minutes walk. Staff at the hotel were very accommodating with any query we needed answering. Our room was good (13th floor) although a little fridge would have been helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is large and comfortable; the room we were assigned had a spectacular view of Amsterdam and was spacious and clean, as was the bathroom. There is no fridge or ice—this is common throughout Amsterdam, as you have to buy ice. The breakfast is excellent and offers a wide variety of options. Across the street, there are two supermarkets where we bought hot food and drinks for the evening. The staff is very courteous, and a handy tip is that they will store your luggage for free if you arrive before check-in time. We definitely really liked it.
