« We had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend at the Northwoods cabin! The neighborhood surrounding the cabin was quiet and peaceful so I took advantage of that and went for many walks!Additionally my kids kayaked and paddle boarded in the lake in the backyard. « We came up from Kansas City and stayed Sunday to Saturday. Everything we needed for our vacation! The bed was comfortable, the AC and heat worked great. When we wanted to watch the Royals post season game, we grabbed our laptop and watched out at the campfire. Wifi Signal was great. Did some fishing. The lake was nice and calm. « Four days with 4 adults and 3 & 1 year old. Three year old caught her first fish! She was so excited! Property large and has front and back screen houses which was great because we had some rain. Great supply of games and toys for kids. Beach and playground close and not busy at all. Kitchen well supplied as we cooked every meal. I would definitely recommend this property. »

In addition to the hot tub, other features, including the availability of kayaks, paddle boards and the paddle boat, made for a prefect stay in the woods experience for our three generation family; our young granddaughters loved it, as did we! »

« Was a wonderful getaway with my family. Plenty of space for everyone, indoor and out. We especially loved the lower level game room, lots of fun for all ages. The deck was a nice gathering spot, we saw a mama turkey and her babies. Was nice to be able to prepare meals together without getting in eachothers way.There is a no shoes in the house policy, I would suggest bringing some comfy slippers as most of the house is tile. »
