Quality Hotel & Suites At The Falls

"Staff was very helpful answering our questions about parking, and about where the bus would pick us up for our Niagara Falls tour. Beautiful pool. The gift shop in the hotel was very reasonably priced compared to the gift shops in the actual park. The only negatives I could think of was that there were some crumbs on the floor of the room, and the plug to the bathtub was broken, but we also didn’t mention this to the staff, given how friendly they were, thy likely would’ve offered solutions, but at the time it didn’t seem worth mentioning. Parking is a bit abysmal Overall, it was a very positive experience and we would highly recommend."

"Staff was welcoming. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. My only complaint was the weed smell coming from one of the rooms. It was really strong. But went away after a bit."

"The property is beautiful and well-maintained. The location is incredibly convenient making it easy to get around and overall atmosphere of hotel felt welcoming. Every interaction with staff were professional, polite and eager to help. Unfortunately, the biggest drawback of our stay was the lack of soundproofing between floors."

"The property is in the mide of renovating and the staf was great through it all. The room was newly renovated and the property overall was well maintained. The front desk staff was fanstastic helping me book a last minute stay, just 2 hours after checking out, at another property due to a weather related flight cancelation."
