"I liked how spacious the room was and i really appreciated how clean and organized everything was. I also like there was huge window that brought in alot of natural light. I do want to say that reason i would not a rate it a 5/5 is because the cleaning service was not there every morning to change the sheets and the other amenities. Also i found a little incovenient that the sink was out side of and seperate from the tiolet area."

"Was a group on our floor that was partying and yelling a screaming until at least 0330. We had to get up at 0430 for a procedure at the hospital and didn’t get hardly any sleep. Not acceptable. I’m reluctant to stay again if this type of activity is happening."

"Everything was OK. I didn't like the food in one of the restaurants, but it is my opinion and choice."

"The staff were very helpful & pleasant especially the Bistro staff were very helpful . The room was good but the sink was clogged , the manager said will send maintainance take care of it & reported later that it was taken care of it but we discovered that it was not & had to change room the next day which was inconvenient. I believe the house keeping should have reported this issue before since they supposedly cleaned the room."

"Ordinary service . Were told for everything need to come down to reception to get things and room service only after 3 night stay . I would say stay off this hotel if you want to enjoy some time"

"Staff were all friendly and accomodating, room and property were clean and well maintained. I've stayed there twice now and it has consistantly met my expectations."

"The hotel was extremely nice and exceptional clean .. the only issue is that the two double bed rooms are very small in size .. we were 3 people for the room and yet we had to maneuver around the room.. and the bathroom is also small The shower was a good size .. but the water is extremely harsh on the skin .. the pool and hot tub are exceptional"

"Our stay was great. The room was updated, clean and spacious. The hotel was very busy with nearby events but noise levels weren’t unreasonable. The pool areas is fantastic with a well maintained pool, plenty for comfy seating and tables for eating as well. The nicest space I’ve seen in a long time. I’d highly recommend. "
