"We had an exceptional stay at this property and would recommend it to anyone heading to Eugene. Everything about it exceeded what we expected. The home is really well appointed with plenty of amenities, and it sits in a quiet, beautiful part of town. It's also just a 10 minute walk to Hayward Field and the University of Oregon, which made getting around really easy for us.Our host Catherine was an excellent communicator the whole way through. She was quick to respond and made everything easy from the booking right up to check out. You can tell she takes real pride in the place and in looking after her guests.One thing we really appreciated was how accurate the listing was. The photos and descriptions matched exactly what we found when we arrived, so there were no surprises. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well, and we loved the huge dining table in the kitchen, which was perfect for our group to sit around together for meals.My favourite part was the lounging area with the TV and those big beautiful windows looking out onto the courtyard garden. It was a great spot to relax at the end of the day and just enjoy the view.Parking was easy too, with plenty of street parking as well as a covered spot out back that you reach via the rear laneway.We were super impressed and would happily stay again. Thanks Catherine for being such a great host and for making our trip to Eugene so memorable."
