Large windows make this home so bright with natural light. Fenced in backyard for your fur Babies. Easy door code for check in. Full kitchen stocked with basics, extra towels and blankets available in hall closet. We are conveniently located just minutes from Downtown and other local attractions and restaurants. My husband and I live close by so if you need anything we are just moments away. Staying for Business, no problem with our Wifi. The space Full Kitchen with dinning room table set for 4 with extra chair if 5 guests. Bedroom 1 has 1 full queen bed with extra pillows and lots of light with large windows. Bedroom 2 has 1 queen bed with extra pillows and 1 twin bed. Washer and Dryer in laundry room with soap for your use. Our kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, and other basic kitchen items. Guest access Parking for Sunset Melody is on Street in front of home. The driveway is reserved for the separate rental on the side. This rental is detached from home and is a separate building with its own fenced yard, but is accessed by the driveway. Other things to note Quiet Neighborhood, but for extra security our home has a security alarm that you will have a temp code issued to you for your stay so that you can be at ease while you are away or home if you choose to use it. The home itself was cozy and the owner was very friendly, accommodating, and quick to communicate. We booked this property mainly for the large backyard so our dogs could have space to roam. Unfortunately, the yard wasn’t quite as safe as we hoped, there’s an older shed with a rusted, partially open sliding door and some fencing materials stacked along the fence line. There were also a few small holes in the fence. Because of this, we didn’t feel comfortable letting the dogs off-leash. Both of our dogs ended up with fleas and ticks during our stay, which was disappointing. We treated them right away, but it’s something for pet owners to keep in mind. The house is older and has some of the quirks that come with that. The floors are a bit uneven, and it had a bit of an “old house” scent when we arrived. Keeping a candle lit helped, and the newer carpet was a nice touch. There’s no TV in the bedroom, which wasn’t a big issue, though it would have helped mask the sound of a nearby dog that barked quite a bit at night and early in the morning. Curtains in the bedroom would also be a nice addition for blocking morning sunlight. The listing mentioned a dishwasher, but there wasn’t one, which wasn’t a big deal for us but could be helpful to update for accuracy. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a very responsive and kind host. ##### Summer B.
