« The place was beautiful! Our family loved it. Big windows for a gorgeous private view. 3 full bathrooms. Great quality fixtures and appliances. Perfect for a 4 and 8 yr old. We did movies upstairs, the twin bed in the basement were perfect, the places provided games and puzzles. They had everything we needed and more (we just had to run out and get laundry detergent and dishwasher pods). Reception is okay at the house. The private path behind the house was perfect to test out how the kids would...

We got the room key, ran an errand and came back to find that the room was not made, no linens, dirty and undone. The night staff was lovely, however and found us anothe room, clean and comfortable. I would have given her 5 stars, but the poor management, sorry room, and lack of respect for clients at the welcome was bad. »

"The welcome was not great, with the staff on the phone for 5 minutes while not even acknowledging us. We got the room key, ran an errand and came back to find that the room was not made, no linens, dirty and undone. The night staff was lovely, however and found us anothe room, clean and comfortable. I would have given her 5 stars, but the poor management, sorry room, and lack of respect for clients at the welcome was bad."
