"We had a perfect 5 nights at the resort. The views in the mountain rooms are spectacular and it’s lovely sitting on the deck having a drink. The staff are excellent, Simon, and everyone so nice and helpful. Great location to access the park and not to far from Puerto Natales. ….The border collies visiting was also lovely."

"We had the best time at Hotel Lago Grey - the staff were extremely helpful and it is set up to help you get the most out of your trip with the least amount of effort required. I only gave it 4 stars because whilst the view from the room is out of this world - some basic amenities like a kettle and provision of water were missing, and there was only one restaurant and menu of food options to choose from. However, the staff were super responsive and went out of the way to really help you. They made us feel extremely special with a handwritten note,"

"Once away from Puerto Natales price increased hugely as you go towards Torres de Paine as you otherwise need to drive 2.5 hrs each way to get to park and if hiking it’s not ideal. This place was a perfect option as it was full board so they provided an excellent local and high end meal for dinner and very good breakfast. We had to go early so they made us a packed breakfast and you also get a packed lunch. The quality of domes was excellent and do body. Staff were excellent and only negative was I wished we had stayed an extra night. Book early to avoid disappointment. Just around an hours drive to Yorres de Osine park gates. "
