"One night the hot tub was hot, which was good. Another night they had to fix the temp because the hot tub was cold. But they fixed it. The water pressure was low in the bathroom sink, but otherwise, everything else was excellent. Very clean & modern. Bathtub finish was coming off a little bit. Wish there could have been a coffee maker in the room. Otherwise, everything else was good! I would stay there again! "

"I thought I had found a place to always stay in Jacksonville. However, this trip has made me rethink that. It all started with the receptionist telling me she was including a blue card with my room key that would open the side doors. We came in late Friday night and had to park on the side, I thought, that's ok I can open this side door and not have to walk around to the front. The blue card didn't work. So we go up to the room to take a shower and turn in for the night. Then, no hot water. The next morning I get up and there is one coffee pod that was med roast, the others were all decaf. We spoke to one of the girls cleaning the rooms and she said she would put some coffee in the room. She did do that, she didn't change sheets or make the bed, just coffee, there was no kleenex either but that's all she agreed to I suppose. So I check my email Sunday morning and I got a message to check out online. That didn't work either. I go down to the front desk to check out and was presented with a bill after I already pre paid online. I rarely write bad reviews, but for the prices nowadays, I was very disappointed. I most likely will be looking elsewhere on our next trip to Jacksonville. "
