« Room was great for our stay! Room was a little smaller than it appeared in pictures, but was perfect for the two of us. Would definitely return, possibly in the winter to check it out during ski season! View from the balcony was beautiful. Only about 12-15 min from town to get groceries, places to shop, eat, etc. About a 25 min drive to Beech Mtn for Aurumn at Oz. »

« We walked in to clean unit. We have stayed at other places in the area and they were not clean. No smelly blankets and bedding. If I had questions they were answered quickly. Hoping we will get to stay next year. »

« Overall, the property met expectations. The kitchen was updated, except for the damaged formica countertops. The fireplace was terrific, but we were disappointed the jacuzzi jets were out of order. The view was terrific, but obstructed by trees, not as pictured. The kitchen was well equipped, but we had to supply our own bath soap and t.p. Minor inconveniences. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and hope to return to the area next year. »

« Clean, CoolBnB was extremely responsive and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Close to the activities we chose as well! Definitely on par in terms of value as compared to a hotel and we had the ability to cook and be cozy! »

« Great location and very friendly and responsive hosts. Will definitely keep in mind for future trips. »

« The host was very thoughtful in providing every comfort, including snacks and coffee. We enjoyed the view and the proximity to Banner Elk downtown. »

« Unit was very clean and smelled nice. Kitchen had what you needed to cook small meals. All directions from the owner were very well conveyed and easy to understand. The only thing that I wish I did know was, this unit is on top of a mountain. »

« Our family enjoyed our stay very much! The unit was cozy, clean, comfortable and quiet. Entering the address into Google maps didn’t quite get us to the building, but thankfully there is decent signage for the various villas so we eventually found our way. The Sugar Mountain area is lovely, and we would definitely stay in this home again! »

« This little cabin was perfect for the two of us. Loved the balcony. The bed was super comfy. And the host was more than kind. Great pick! »

« Super clean, cozy little spot! »

« The owners were great. Accommodated our needs in a very short amount of time. Would definitely recommend. Great location and a very friendly doe, she will let you pet her. . I did feel the security deposit was a little excessive. But, being at a ski resort I can understand, not though for Land of Oz. »

« Property was fantastic! Very well stocked kitchen, nice size and great value for the price. Fantastic location! Super easy to walk to some restaurants and bars. Super close to Beech Mountain! We had a fantastic time!We were there over 4th of July and it was so easy to walk to the adjoining park for fireworks. We downhill mountain biked at beech mountain and it was super convenient to get there. »
