« They are in the process of renovating the first floor rooms, so things are a bit messy. My biggest gripe is they no longer provide disposable cups in the rooms. The front desk said IHG will fine them if they put cups in the room. Therefore, to take medications, you have to have your own cup or water bottle. »

We also arrived after hours, and the staff made the check-in process so smooth and stress-free, which we really appreciated after a long day of travel. The office staff overall were attentive, kind, and made us feel very welcomed.
It was a peaceful, enjoyable...

I also messed up the calendar when booking and the hosts were very patient with me. We brought a box fan for the loft based on a review but the hosts had already provided...
