« Having never stayed at a VRBO, we were impressed by our first stay. Everything was as advertised on VRBO. The apartment was very clean. We did have a coffee pot problem. Our host Adrianah was very quick to respond, and we had a replacement coffee pot that same day. The only thing I would update in the apartment is the couch. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again. Nice area with plenty of restaurants. »

« I stayed 2 nights and it was a great experience. The unit is exactly like the pictures and the parking was easy on the street right in front of the house. Check in was very easy. Property located in the historic St. Ann's district and very close to University of Dayton and walking distance to Oregon district. Gretchen was very responsive.
