You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

### Beautiful holiday ground floor apt with garden, big balcony and shared pool

Also available short term from July.  
Due to furniture change, pictures will be added and changed soon.  
Located in the quiet and sought after Marina del Este side of La Herradura, 10 minutes walk from the marina and marina beach, 15 minutes walk from the village, 5 minutes by car and a shared pool on the complex for year-round use.  
  
Large private garden with a big table and chairs and sun lungers on one side of the apartment and where you can hide from the sun in the mornings and a large balcony on the other side with incredible views of the sea and coast. The balcony is sunny until about afternoon and the garden is sunny from the afternoon, so you can enjoy sun or shade all day long.  
  
Ceiling fans and central air conditioning, kitchen with everything you need and dishwasher, separate patio for laundry, plenty of closets and storage space throughout, you have everything you need to enjoy a vacation or a long stay in the most beautiful part and relaxing of the Andalusian coast.  
  
Lot's of extras included:  
Coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, spices, and more.  
Beach gear for use in the storage cupboard in the entrance area.  
Shower soap, shampoo, conditioner in both bathrooms.  
Kitchen includes a stove top coffee maker, Nespresso machine, and filter coffee machine with complementary local speciality coffee.
