"Truly wasn't expecting what was served it met my standards of clean just out dated but microwave was spotless and not even dust on the t.v. the pool was nice when u had a couple of sun days to warm it and it was quiet. I stayed with my dad and my infant son and was comfortable lounging and enjoying the heat with the a.c. just steps away. Perfect area for dining and walking. Bus is only 1.50 to get to Walmart. "I received a call while in the car on the way to the hotel from the airport saying they did not have my room I paid for available with 2 queen beds, Jordan said he upgraded me to a king suit by the pool, while I said that's nice Jordan it's not an upgrade, because I paid for 2 beds and needed the 2 beds, because I was traveling with my 2 teenage sons. He apologized and said they did not have any other rooms available that night but would provide a rollaway bed and make it right the next day. The next day Jose called and said our new room was available and they absolutely did make it right and put us in a 2 bedroom suite! The staff was friendly and definitely made up for the inconvenience and my boys were able to enjoy their birthday trip!"
