"The room was clean and well stocked. It is across from the beach with a beautiful pool that is well maintained. I loved that it had a full size refrigerator, stove, dish washer, washer and dryer and the other items you would need in a kitchen along with a coffee maker and coffee! It is walking distance from the grocery store, some restaurants and the liquor store. We stayed another night we liked it so well. Great location for day trips to other parts of Eleuthera!"

"The property is in a beautiful and unique location, but overall our stay did not meet expectations for the price paid. I would not stay here again.Our experience was impacted by a couple of major issues. The main house oven was not functional upon arrival, and the cottage oven was not reliable, requiring several hours to prepare meals. In practice, we did not have a functional oven during our stay. This was a major issue for our group as we had planned meals based on having two fully operational kitchens.Additionally, the water on the island is not potable, which was not disclosed in advance. We discovered this upon arrival due to the noticeable smell and taste and had to arrange drinking water at our own expense. Several members of our group also experienced skin irritation, which we believe may have been related to the water conditions.While staff were helpful in assisting with logistics and attempted to fix the oven issues, neither problem was disclosed prior to arrival or resolved during our stay despite being raised immediately. The host did accommodate early check-in and two additional guests, as our boat could not be accommodated at the dock. We appreciated those accommodations, but this did not offset the overall impact to our stay.Given the price, we expected a much higher level of functionality and transparency. I strongly recommend confirming all major amenities and the water situation in detail prior to booking, as this stay did not deliver for us."

"First, let me say that the property manager was fantastic and responsive. The description of "newly remodeled" isn't quite accurate. The guest house appears new; the main house may have new paint and some new furniture. All in all, it was a great location. The main kitchen was dated and lacked some basic cooking supplies, like baking sheets. While we could piece together enough plates for everyone, I would not call the serving pieces well stocked for a larger group. The kitchen could use organization. The fridge, washer, and dryer were dated, but worked fine. Many of the locks on the doors and windows didn't work. Overall, it was fine. I would choose this place for the location in Current and seclusion, not for the amenities."
