"It was reasonably priced and very near my treatment at Georgetown medical center. The staff were always willing to help and food was great at Jeff George’s on the first floor. A Walgreen is right across the street which was convenient for my two week stay. I choose a room on the quiet side and literally couldn’t have asked for more. A+ for everything "
"I’ve stayed at the State Plaza many times. The hotel is located in the Foggy Bottom area. A short walk to the monuments on the edge of GWU’s campus. The area is less crowded, convenient and safe feeling. The rooms are huge and comfortable. Everything is very clean, although I find the bathrooms may need a little touching up. Not a renovation, but just some aging that needs attention. The staff are always very nice and helpful. They have a paid underground secure self parking available. "
"It was such a nice stay, we did one night and slept very comfortably and the room was beautiful. So was the hotel. It was right in the middle of the city so you could walk to any restaurant you wanted to try. restaurant downstairs and you get a credit at the bar! "
