« Extremely disappointed. Advertised as one thing (apparently Hotels.com won’t let me say what, so I have had to re word my initial complaint), when I checked in, I was given something completely different. Suffice to say, when I booked I was not expecting to be staying in a bedroom in someone’s house. Unable to get a refund dispute the proof I supplied that the booking was misrepresented. Amenities were ideal with breakfast food items included plus a bottle of Prosecco and shortbread as a thoughtful Christmas gift. The property had been decorated for Christmas - another kind and thoughtful touch. The property was spotlessly clean and had everything that we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable. « The listing does not reflect where this cabin is located. Listing reads, Cabin Sleeps 6 with Lake access parking. The map location, does not show the location accurately. The 2 bedroom caravan is inside the Billings Aquadrome, where there are indeed lakes. There is access information needed, cars reg, eta of arrival and age, the age question I found a bit strange. The map supplied (for once inside the park), is a little small and confusing. But, once inside the cabin, very pleasant surprise,...
