Also please note you must let staff know via the “do not disturb” sign, whether you want your bed done or clean towels, this was not communicated. Bar service for the beach doesn’t start until after 1pm. The staff is great without a doubt, the pools areas are beautiful, having beach access and palapas was great, food is good, but these little details left us disappointed."
