On the ground floor, the living and dining area welcomes you with a cozy atmosphere, complete with an open-hearth fireplace intended for decorative purposes, a dining table, and direct access to the roofed terrace. A well-equipped kitchen is also located on this level, fitted with an oven, 4 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with its own dining table and a door leading out to the garden. The ground floor further includes 1 bedroom with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, equipped with air conditioning and access to the terrace, as well as a shower and WC serving this level.
On the upper floor, you will find 2 additional bedrooms, each with air conditioning and terrace access. One room is furnished with a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the second room features 2 single beds of 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length.
