, nice pool, staff are friendly. The free breakfast (we paid in advance) will get your day started but will not wow you. *But realize this is more like a college dorm. Literally. We did not realize this when we booked. It all worked out fine, but it was a bit of shock at first. But again, we adjusted and no complaints. Last, it's about a 15 to 20 minute taxi ride to the main areas of the city."

"We had a great time at Patacona. We appreciate all the assistance we received from the office and Eva personally. The area is very safe,

"Our contract with Expedia included transfers from and to airport. This was confirmed by Liz, US telephone agent a few days before leaving for holiday. In the event, transfers were not available and we had to pay €38 for taxis both ways. Having to collect keys from an office 200 metres away, whilst remainder of family waited at the resort with luggage, was an inconvenience.
