« Check-in was smooth and easy. Kitchen was very clean and decently stocked. Beds were clean and comfortable. Most notable was the spectacular view of the lake, which was literally right out the back door. Several of us enjoyed the kayaks provided, while others sat on the deck and savored the coffee, which was also provided. A wonderful, relaxing time! »

« I enjoyed my stay. The lockbox was hard to open, but it did open. The bed is comfortable, the ac and heat were easy to regulate, the icemaker worked great (many rentals have broken ice dispensers), the TV, fridge, stove and dishwasher are all new. But the best part is the screen porch with views of the lake, a fox family, deer, turtles and swallows. I would have liked some outside chairs and a grill, but you can't have everything. »

« The property is beautiful inside and out and so comfortable. I arrived here after a 13 hour drive and it was amazing to relax in the jetted tub and hang out on the luxurious chairs and couches. « This was absolutely what we needed when coming to visit WNY. Typically we would stay at an area hotel, but we decided to stay somewhere a bit cozier with a bit of extras. Located conveniently close to everything the Tiny House did not disappoint during our bi-annual visit to the area. It was extremely clean, comfortable and again CLOSE to all.
