"For the price it's an okay stay. There's a bed and a tv if you need some entertainment. So, good deal if you need an affordable place to lay your head. Staff is very nice and friendly as well. However, the beds are a little hard, fridge took a while to cool down drinks, and I had to use the microwave twice on the same item before it got hot. So, it's really up to what you are looking for."

"my husband and his friend were attending the Gainesville football game and they were very happy with the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff attendant. We had booked a room at another hotel the night before and it was not up to par so I was able to book this one for them for the last night of their trip."

"Loved the cottage setting & cleanliness but disappointed there was no blankets, only sheets on bed, no one sleeps with bedspread, and lovely stovetop & refrigerator but NO coffee pot, No dishes or utensils nor pots & pans?? Didnt make sense to us & hence we had to eat out all weekend. But the staff were very nice. Lastly, no late check out available, gave us 45 minutes extra when asking, never experienced that before"
