Appartements à Station de métro Alabama Avenue

« Nous avons passé 9 jour sur place super bien placé et l hôte répond très vite au question . Quelque petite chose à réparer sur place mais dans l ensemble très propre . Je recommande ! »

« Really enjoyed my stay. Only thing I will say is that the air conditioner is only in the bedroom, so I'd you have someone in the living area on the sofa bed it is a little warm, even with the door open in the bedroom. Other than that wveryth was wonderful. »

« Good: Host is responsive Good area for walking Clean kitchen Clean sheets Door is locked by code Amenities are provided for AC works well Street parking is decent Bad: Dirty Floors Dead roach found Convertible bed in couch has large broken springs; waiting for an accident Door jamb needs repair; had to body slam door to open after putting in code at 11PM coming back from a deli Cost more than a boutique hotel for its issues. Fix the bad list please. »

« Everything was so wonderful! The neighborhood was beautiful, the house was perfectly stocked and was stunningly decorated and the host were 10 out of 10. Highly Recommended. »

« My husband, two children and I stayed in this house for 4 nights. The house is spacious with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a nice kitchen, and living room. The beds are comfortable and the sheets are soft and clean. However, the neighborhood is pretty bad and feels quite unsafe. We did not feel safe enough to walk anywhere to find somewhere to eat or shop. So we Door Dashed food for a few days and took taxis everywhere. Normally I wouldn’t be so disappointed with the neighborhood, but the location was...

« Very clean apartment »

« The apartment had ground level entry with a basement bedroom. The check in was unclear/incomplete. The property also listed a washing machine. When I messaged the host asking where the washing machine was, the host sent a video and instructions with a key code to an entry door on a different floor to access the washer/dryer in a hallway of the main floor. The washer/dryer was coin operated. This is not an amenity. There were no towel hooks or towel rods in the bathrooms. There were only 6...

« There are a lot of things that aren’t working properly in the apartment and to be honest the listing was a little misleading when it came to the amenities provided. When we arrived it took a long time to get into our room bc the lock was broken, the ac was loud and kept us up as did the broken curtain rod in the room that let light in at 6am. We had no hot water and when it was repaired it made the toilet water hot… strange… none of the drains drain well, and the bathtub just doesn’t work. You...

« The unit itself was mostly fine but the A/C was out for the first few days. The location is a tad out of the way. »

« I booked this apartment for a month (3,000) but wasn’t fully satisfied. Key issues:Air Conditioning: Listed as available, but only in the living room. The bedroom had only fans. This should have been clearly mentioned in the listing.Heating: Though heating was listed, the host controlled it remotely. My parents (visiting from India) felt very cold, and I had to request the heat multiple times. Sometimes it was turned off without notice. The host even sent (and later deleted) a message saying,...

« Very clean, comfortable, and well priced property. Is in fact a 2 min walk to the L-train and also close to the 3-train. Host very responsive. Street parking was in fact very easy - in 30 days I never had to spend more than 2 minutes looking. Incredible value for Brooklyn. »

« This is a lovely apartment on a quiet street in an amazing neighborhood and less than 10 minutes from the L train. We loved it so much that we have already booked a stay for next year. I wish I could live in this apartment! And invite all my friends to come visit! We had so many choices for eating and drinking in a half mile radius and every place we visited was so good we wanted to eat and drink there again! I can’t recommend this apartment enough! Enjoy your stay »
