« Disaster, had to change four times the room. Room have bad smell of lemon sanitizer the same that you find in cars. My wife is pregnant it took 1 hour and half to get à proper room. What about only one restaurant open in the full resort... should I specify the bathroom sink smell also in the room ? Last time I came to Fujairah I was in meridien and I should have go back there. "We had reserved this hotel in advanced, selecting a specific room category. However, upon arrival, after driving more than two and a half hours to reach the resort, we were informed that the room we had booked and paid for was no longer available. The only alternatives proposed by the hotel were either to accept a very basic room with breakfast included as compensation, or to cancel the reservation altogether. This proposal was particularly inappropriate given that we are currently observing Ramadan, and the breakfast offered therefore had no value for us. After making a long trip specifically to stay at this hotel, being placed in such a situation is extremely disappointing and reflects a lack of professionalism in the management of confirmed reservations."
