"The sauna and jacuzzi was very nice."

"Breakfast was tasty and the beds were comfy. The facilities are worn with tears in carpet. That being said, the beds were comfy and location is great. We were able to park on the street right in front of hotel (free parking 4:00pm-10:00am)."

"Excellent view and great room!"

"Booked a room very last minute. Had everything we needed. It was clean and staff was very helpful. It’s in a great area and I would stay here again."

"small convenient room with everything, easy free parking and good location with restaurant and shopping"

"We loved the location. Amazing views from the property. Only 10 minutes from town. The stairs to the bedroom loft were narrow and steep and difficult to maneuver for someone with joint issues. Aside from the stairs, we loved it!"

"It was the nicest hostel that I have stayed at. Great location on the main street in Akureyri. Not the most social hostel I have stayed at though."

"Great place to stay! It’s clean and spacious, and the full kitchen has plenty of pots and pans. We made lamb and soup during our stay with no issues at all :)"
