"The boathouse is quiet, clean and peaceful. Checking in was seamless and communication with Sue was as easy as it gets. My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary and couldn’t have asked for more! Plenty of things to do in the area or stay on the property and enjoy the kayaks, swimming or relaxing on the docks with a beverage. Will definitely be coming back again! "

"This cabin was perfect for the two families that stayed here this weekend. The cabin was very clean and just as described in the listing. Such a private space, big yard to play games in, great fire pit and dock to the water. Communication with the host was always very helpful and timely- she was great to deal with! "The cabin was clean, organized, and well stocked with towels, TP, paper towels etc. Air Con worked REALLY WELL. Window units, but they cooled that little cabin down considerably. Getting to the water is the only complaint I have. You have to cross the road you drive in on to get to the water. No crosswalk nearby so you're stuck waiting for a gap in the HEAVY traffic to run across the road to the dock. There is no other way to get to the water. It's a SUPER busy road with cars going at...

"This was a very peaceful and quiet vacation we had a couple of dear come to visit us we seen eagles and wild turkeys the cabin was very nice. The steps going upstairs was a bit sketchy they could use some type of hand rails and the boards on the deck should be replaced the kayaks were very nice and the view of the lake was wonderful "

I found it odd that I was asked to deal with my own garbage, but if thats what it takes to stay here again for the same event next year, that is no problem. Communication overload but I understand now since there's no one there checking guests in. Love the security coded door... took me a minute to figure out, but that's human error.
