The villa is located in the village of Marious, which is situated in Rethymno ,on the south side of the Island .Conveniently placed approximately 1 hour and 37 minutes drive from Chania and Heraklion airports.
Car is essential for this villa which is simply accessible beside a tarmacked road However,walking can be permitted to the local Greek Mariou Tavern which is a renowned 5 star restaurant adjacent to the villa, which is about a 5 minute walk ,but cannot be seen or heard from the villa.

The villa is all on one level , with open plan living area kitchen ,lounge and dining ,to the rear of the villa are two good size double bedrooms with king size beds and very spacious fitted wardrobes .The bedrooms are ventilated with ceiling fans .PLUS AIR CONDITIONING.
The kitchen has hob and oven ,a stainless steel fridge freezer and a dishwasher.
The lounge area has a beautiful L shaped sofa with coffee table and TV DVD.
The bathroom has a very large shower ,basin mirror and it also houses the washing machine.
Out side the patio doors lead to a swimming pool 5.5 m long by 3.6 m wide 1.2 metres deep with a decked area ,leading on from that is a small garden area which is a shaded terrace area which is tiled.
From the villa the town Plakias is 4 km in distance it has beach complimenting the abundance of bars,restaurants,supermarkets and pharmacy.
Damnoni beach 5 km from the villa which is a well structured beach with beds and showers .Great place to take on the thrill of water sports e,g sailing ,windsurfing,scuba driving,water-skiing and lots more .A wonderful selection of traditional restaurants are located here with lovely views of the sea.
